- Look through „Issues & Error messages“ or use the search function to find out if somebody else has already reported this issue. If thats the case, please do not start a new thread but add your own issue report in the already existing thread.
- If neither of the two described above applys, either use the gameintern Issuereport, send a email to support@softobis.com or create in „Issues & Error messages“ a new thread with a issue related subject. A subject that does not relate to the issue is unwanted, because thereby the probability, that other users with the same issue may find this thread quickly, is decreased strongly.
Since it is possible that some hardware components or programs are responsible for the issue, we ask you to tell us which programs you had running besides the game, which operating system you are using as well as information about CPU and RAM.
Frequently inquring about the progress in elimination of the issue is rather obstructive than of avail. We will inform you as soon as the issue is eliminated.
We can only solve issues which occur during the use of the products (games and chatrooms) we offer. We can not resolve problems regarding Operating system as well as problems which are caused by not satisfing the criteria of the system requirements or wrong use.
Unwanted are discussions about importance, duration of the issue elimination as well as the string of processing. We try to resolve all issues as soon as possible.
