Problems concerning the game start

Following problems can occur on all Operating Systems:

Java Versions

To play the game you need at least version 1.5 of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). A complete compatibility can only be achieved by using the official Sun Micro Systems Runtime Eviroment.

Problems concerning the update of game data

Under certain circumstances Java can cause troubles during the automatic update of game data.
If you have troubles starting the game please run follwing command(Windows: Start > Run) „javaws -viewer“
Now you can check which Java Webstart Application is installed on your computer and delete all old Perfect 11 Version.
