We are trying to provide a trouble free game experience fo all user. Nevertheless, problems can occur which we don't know yet or which we couldn't expect.

To help us fix occuring problems, it would be helpful if you make use of the bug report feature („Send Report“ Button). If your problems occur even before the client loads up please follow the Troubleshooting Guide or contact us at support@softobis.com. You can also post your concerns on the message board.
