Game Start

The lowest requirements are represented by the trial game (start trial game), much less files have to be downloaded by the cliend, especially on low quality. If the trial game works please try starting the lobby (simply choose one of the game-rooms) next. Here you can use the bug reporting tool (bottom right) to send us the necessary data about your problem (by doing so we recieve detailed debugging-information, which enable us in the most cases to retrace your problem more detailed). Please make use of this tool and write detailed and clear statements if you want us to be able to help you as fast as possible.

Multiplayer

If you passed all tests so far you can now try out the multiplayer mode. You can find more information and help by clicking the Techincal Help for Multiplayer Games.

The game has a lot of slowdowns and grahphic jerks.

Please look at the System-requirements first, if you have what it takes to play the game try to close all unnecessary programms running in the background. Also use the task manager(ctrl + alt + del) to search for processes that might clog up your system. If the game is still not running smoothly please send us your set up via E-Mail .
