+ 16.07.2008 - 00:00 + New version 0.5.5

Since July 16th, 2008 the new version (0.5.5 TP1) is online in all available rooms.

The following updates have been made:

• The behavior of the goalkeeper at high passes and a following goalshot by performing a header has been improved.
• Animations at direction change have been improved. (While performing a direction change the player leans slightly to the inside of the bend.)
• Inside the 5meter-room the goalkeeper moves to the ball automatically and tries to get hold of it by stealing it from the opposing player.
• While moving to get a hold on the ball the goalkeeper reacts to shots on the goal and is thereby able to hold off the shot.
• Improvements at the behavior of the players controlled by the AI have been made. The reach of the „throwing pass“ of the goalkeeper (standardkey „S“, when the goalkeeper controlls the ball) has been increased.
• The silver-goal-rule during overtime has been removed.
• Each attempt of tackling the goalkeeper is punished by an immediate red card.
• Animations have been optimized. Thus the load for the PC has been reduced.
• The error at the controller-management has been solved. At Free-kicks, Throw-Ins, Goal-Kicks and Penalty-Shots the last pressed key is no longer remembered. The rotating at Free-Kicks and Goal-Kicks as well as the altering of the standardsettings at the Penalty-Shots are solved.

• While tackling from the side (standardkey „A“, when the opponent is in controll of the ball) a foul can be commited with a low risk.
• When trying to steal the ball from an opponent (standardkey „S“, when the opponent is in controll of the ball) it is possible that the opponent is jostled and thereby a foul is commited.
